ABOUT PKS

Founded in 2008, Presidio Knolls School (PKS) is an independent school located in the heart of San Francisco, with approximately 400 students enrolled in preschool through eighth grade. Joyful learning, a sense of belonging, and deep intellectual inquiry permeate our school culture, where we are innovating at the intersection of progressive education and Mandarin immersion.

JOB DESCRIPTION

PKS seeks a full-time Advancement Associate who will play a vital role in supporting fundraising efforts, parent engagement, and community events. The Advancement Associate is a member of the Admissions, Development, and Communications team, and will primarily be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the Development function, with an emphasis on event planning and execution, gift processing, and database management.

The successful candidate will be friendly, organized, and meticulous. While occasional remote options are available, the expectation is for work to take place onsite during normal working hours.

We offer a tight-knit, collaborative and supportive work environment focused on growth and development.  This position is ideal for an early career professional looking to gain exposure to various aspects of education and nonprofit work.
